| 1. What are the details of your "Advanced Replacement Program"? |
| As a reponse to Customer demand, FuturePowerPC.com now offers an Advanced Replacement Program (ARP)! This exciting new program will speed up your RMA process, reducing your system's - or your Customer's systems - unwanted downtime. For 90 days from the Invoice date, you are entitled to an Advanced Replacement on items currently included in the ARP. Not all items are covered under the ARP. Upon checkout, you will see an option to select ARP if the item is covered! The fee is offered on a per-item basis. |
| 2. Can I ship my order to an address other than my credit card billing address ? |
| Orders shipped to an alternate address that is not listed with the credit card company require verbal confirmation from the card holder that the order is legitimate. Please contact Customer Service at 888-858-1868 from 9am-6pm EST within 3 business days of placing your order. This will help to avoid any delays in processing your order. Listing the alternate address with your credit card issuer is preferred. |
| 3. Does FuturePowerPC.com accept orders by Phone/Fax or Email ? |
| All orders must be placed via our website. If you do not want your Credit Card information transmitted over the internet, you can complete the order without valid Credit Card information. While you are in Checkout, please check the "Last 4 Digits Only" checkbox. You will be able to give your Credit Card information over the phone to a Customer Service Representative after placing the order. If you do not get in contact with FuturePowerPC within 3 business days, the order will be automatically Voided. |
| 4. What payment methods can I use on FuturePowerPC.com ? |
| FuturePowerPC.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Government/Educational Purchase Orders. Currently we do NOT accept Personal Checks, Money Orders or Corporate Purchase Orders. |
| 5. What shipping methods are available regarding new orders ? |
| We ship all packages UPS. Available methods are UPS Ground, UPS 3rd Day, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Overnight. Customers from Alaska and Hawaii are limited to 2nd Day shipping. Also, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure to select the proper shipping option at check-out. If you selected the incorrect shipping method, or would like to change the shipping method after placing the order, you must place a call to our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. If the order has been invoiced and has entered our warehouse, we cannot change your shipping method. All shipping fees are non-refundable. |
| 6. Does FuturePowerPC.com offer any price-match guarantee ? |
| Currently FuturePowerPC.com does not offer a price-matching service. For your convenience, all of our most current and lowest pricing is available and updated on our website. Prices are not negotiable under any circumstances. |
| 7. Does FuturePowerPC.com offer cross-shipments ? |
| As a service to our customers, within 30 days of the invoice date, FuturePowerPC.com will issue an RMA Credit, while the customer may place a second order via our website for any item. View this as a cross-ship, as most internet orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. We will issue credit for the RMA item once it is received and processed by our RMA Department. |
| 8. Does FuturePowerPC.com charge any Sales Tax ? |
| FuturePowerPC.com is based just outside New York City. We will charge the current New York State Sales Tax on all orders within New York State. If you or your organization wishes to establish a Tax-Exempt account with FuturePowerPC.com, which we encourage all eligible customers to do, please follow the steps within Account Setup to complete the process. |
| 9. What kind of Processing Time is involved when I place an order online ? |
| You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 business hours, providing items are in stock, and there are no complications regarding payment verification. Although it is common for orders to ship the very same day they are placed, we do not guarantee this. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays. |
| 10. What happens if an item is backordered ? |
| FuturePowerPC.com makes every effort to provide constantly updated inventory information. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure 100% accuracy. Infrequently, backorder situations occur. Under these circumstances, you will be notified by e-mail. You may cancel the order for this item entirely, or wait for us to receive a shipment, whereafter the backordered item will be shipped to complete the transaction. We cannot guarantee any timeframes regarding inventory procurement. |
| 11. May I place an order over the phone/by e-mail or by fax ? |

| 12. Are volume discounts available from FuturePowerPC.com ? |
| Yes! We encourage all resellers, system builders, repair shops, enthusiasts, gaming conventions and the like to purchase volume orders via our website! If you or your organization holds a Tax Exempt status within New York State, please follow the instructions within the Account Setup page to submit all relevant paperwork and get going! |
| 13. How does FuturePowerPC.com ensure my information is safely transmitted ? What type of security measures are being taken ? |
| For credit card transactions, FuturePowerPC.com adds security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. So, when using an SSL capable browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla, shopping on our website is the safest e-commerce possible. All servers are physically secured and protected by firewalls. |
