| 1. What are the details of your "Advanced Replacement Program"? |
| As a reponse to Customer demand, FuturePowerPC.com now offers an Advanced Replacement Program (ARP)! This exciting new program will speed up your RMA process, reducing your system's - or your Customer's systems - unwanted downtime. For 90 days from the Invoice date, you are entitled to an Advanced Replacement on items currently included in the ARP. Not all items are covered under the ARP. Upon checkout, you will see an option to select ARP if the item is covered! The fee is offered on a per-item basis. |

| FuturePowerPC.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Government/Educational Purchase Orders. Currently we do NOT accept Personal Checks, Money Orders or Corporate Purchase Orders. |

| 4. Does FuturePowerPC.com charge any Sales Tax ? |
| FuturePowerPC.com is based just outside New York City. We will charge the current New York State Sales Tax on all orders within New York State. If you or your organization wishes to establish a Tax-Exempt account with FuturePowerPC.com, which we encourage all eligible customers to do, please follow the steps within Account Setup to complete the process. |

| 5. What kind of Processing Time is involved when I place an order online ? |
| You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 business hours, providing items are in stock, and there are no complications regarding payment verification. Although it is common for orders to ship the very same day they are placed, we do not guarantee this. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays. |

| 8. How does FuturePowerPC.com ensure my information is safely transmitted ? What type of security measures are being taken ? |
| For credit card transactions, FuturePowerPC.com adds security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. So, when using an SSL capable browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla, shopping on our website is the safest e-commerce possible. All servers are physically secured and protected by firewalls. |

| 9. How do I obtain the current status of my order(s) ? |
| When purchasing from FuturePowerPC.com, you can expect frequent updates as to the status of your order via e-mail. It is important for you to enter your e-mail address accurately, and check it for any status updates. Once your order is assigned a tracking number, you will be e-mailed with this information. From then on, you can use the carrier's website to track your package (i.e. www.ups.com or www.fedex.com). If you did not receive e-mail notification, there may have been a problem with the transmission of the message. In this case you may of course check your order status from within the "My Account" area of our website. |

| 10. Are Manufacturer Rebates available on the products I purchase from FuturePowerPC.com ? |
| Purchasing products online is no different than walking into a store to purchase the same item. You are eligible for all manufacturer rebates that are available as long as you meet all of the manufacturer's requirements. FuturePowerPC.com does not offer multiple receipts under rebate circumstances. In almost all cases, a re-print of your Invoice will be sufficient. |

Shopping cart problems generally occur due to one or more of the following reasons:

- The item you want to purchase is sold out.

What is a cookie?
